Download the FLIQ app, tap Join the Waitlist, and enter your details. You'll receive a notification the moment your early access is granted. Waitlist members receive AED 100 credit on their first purchase.

How does live bidding work?

During a live show, a seller may put a product up for live auction. Simply tap the bid button and enter your amount. The highest bid at the end of the countdown wins. Payment is processed automatically if you win.

How do I return or get a refund on an order?

Go to My Orders in the app, select the order, and tap Request a Return. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. For urgent issues, please contact us on WhatsApp.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by seller and location. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Most orders within the UAE are delivered within 2–5 business days.

I didn't receive my AED 100 welcome credit. What do I do?

Your AED 100 credit is applied automatically once your waitlist access is granted. If you don't see it, please contact us on WhatsApp or email support@fliq.app and we'll resolve it right away.
